The standard minimum order is 25 metric tons, normally one full container load.
Can I request a sample?
Yes. Samples up to 1 kg are supplied without a material charge; the buyer covers courier freight. For samples above 1 kg, sample and freight charges apply. These charges can be credited against the first commercial order.
What packaging is available?
Standard options are jumbo bags or 25 kg bags. Other packaging requirements can be discussed and confirmed before the order.
What is the typical lead time?
Lead time is confirmed after the product grade, quantity, packaging, destination and current production schedule are agreed.
Can you provide a COA, TDS or batch test data?
Yes. A current TDS and the available COA or batch test data can be provided for the selected product and confirmed order.
What differences may occur between batches?
A slight colour difference may occur between recycled-material batches. For colour-sensitive applications, confirm an approved sample and colour requirement before ordering.
Can you recommend a suitable product grade?
Yes. Send your application, processing method, current material, target parameters and monthly demand. We recommend a grade for evaluation and advise confirming it through a production trial.
Do you support customised colours or specifications?
Custom packaging, colours and selected technical targets can be discussed. Feasibility and the final specification are confirmed for the product before ordering.
